The Stony Brook University Flute Studio

Welcome!

The Stony Brook University Flute Studio is a vibrant, supportive community of flutists from around the world studying under the expert guidance of Carol Wincenc. The studio consists primarily of graduate flute performance majors, with many working in various professional performing, teaching, and music industry positions while completing their degrees. Graduates of the program perform with orchestral and chamber ensembles and teach at universities around the world.
